A reminder to register to the IPSiM and LEPSE poster day, using this form. You will be asked to provide a title, and abstract and a list of authors for our abstract book. You have until the 1st of avril to register, but the earlier the better. We strongly recommend PhD students and Postdocs to register and present a poster on this day, but everyone is more than welcome to take part !

This poster day will be on Thursday 12 May 2022, with the following schedule :

• 10h : session for even poster numbers (people with an even poster number stay next to their poster)
• 11h : coffee break
• 11h30 : free poster session (you don’t have to stay next to your poster and can look at all the posters you want)
• 12h30 : lunch break. Let’s have lunch together !
• 13h30 : session for odd poster numbers (people with an odd poster number stay next to their poster)
• 14h30 : free poster session (you don’t have to stay next to your poster and can look at all the posters you want)
• 15h30 : get-together-coffee

The posters will have to be with an A0 vertical format. The printing of posters will be paid by IPSiM, and we will come back to you later about how we will organise the printing.
