What we propose for the lunch time is a shared lunch for the volunteers between 11:30 am to 01:30 pm. Please find here a Google Sheet to indicate what you’d like to bring for this shared lunch. Fill in this file is you’d like to take part !

Note that this is not mandatory to participate to this shared lunch. But if you want to come please, bring something ! 😉

Thanks to the 41 people who registered for the IPSiM and LEPSE poster day on 23 May.
The deadline to send the poster to the printer is the 15 May. Please give a pdf version of your poster to Alexandre Vettor (Sirene) or Jordan Courreges-Clercq (Systems) by the 15 May. They will take care of the printing and let you know when the posters are ready to be installed.
We will send you soon a poster number and the information of where each poster will be (in the hall or the library, if the weather permits, some may be outside).

We are organising a poster day for IPSiM and LEPSE on Thursday 23 May 2024.
We strongly recommend PhD students and Postdocs to register and present a poster on this day, but everyone is more than welcome to take part. In particular, it would be nice to have some permanent staff presenting a poster this year.

To register, please use this form, where you will be asked to provide the title of your poster and a list of authors. You have until the 2nd of avril to register, but the earlier the better.

We will then provide you with a poster number to help you find where to display your poster.
Here is the schedule of the poster day:

• – 9h-10h: presentation for one third of posters
• – 10h-10h30: coffee break
• – 10h30-11h30: presentation for the 2nd third of posters
• – 11h30-13h30: lunch break (not provided)
• – 13h30-14h30: presentation for the last third of posters
• – 14h30-15h30: anyone can present their poster
• – 15h30: café convivialité

We will inform you closer to the date where will be your poster (hall or library) and in which presenting slot you are. If you know you will not be able to come for the entire day, please let us know so we can include you in the proper presenting slot.
