CyclicBind: A tool to design mixed canonical / non-canonical cyclic peptide binders
Given a protein P, CyclicBind is a tool to generate promising candidate peptides that will bind to P. The peptides are designed to be cyclic for enhanced stability and may include both canonical and non-canonical amino acids. The pipeline combines several design strategies and neural network-based approaches to generate candidate binders, which are subsequently validated using pose prediction and geometric considerations.
