NOTE: Before manually installing the mapi R package, you must check the following dependances are previously installed on your computer: Rcpp, data.table, sf, pbapply, parallel, stats.

• mapi_examples.zip file contains a training simulated dataset and a true dataset with a R script template for running MAPI [1.5 MiB].

• 3D visualization of two carab species genetic distances over landscape (CORINE landcover, 2000): C. punctatoauratus and C. nemoralis.
  Zoom and rotate the images in order to explore links between landcover and genetic distances.
