Before manually installing the mapi R package, you must check the following dependances are previously installed on your computer: Rcpp, data.table, sf, pbapply, parallel, stats

- 3D visualization of two carab species genetic distances over landscape (CORINE landcover, 2000): C. punctatoauratus and C. nemoralis.
Zoom and rotate the images in order to explore links between landcover and genetic distances.
Another view for C. punctatoauratus where the relief is infact the genetic similarity (the higher, the more similar) with a superimposed OpenStreetMap layer.
