These notes concern the gamasid mites. They report the systematic distribution of the sexual alterations of the movable finger of the male, some observations on the cuticular *calyx glands, the existence of birefracting idiosomal plates in a *tocospermal family, several structural alterations in sensory tarsal hairs, and the existence of a pair of podonotal corneulas in an ascid genus.
