Service d’Analyses Multi-Élémentaires
Le Service d’Analyses Multi-Elémentaires (SAME), créé officiellement en juillet 2016, a pour objectif l’analyse du contenu élémentaire (ie les atomes) d’échantillons d’origine végétale (racines, feuilles, fruits, graines, fluides cellulaires…) ainsi que d’échantillons de sols. Schématiquement, les échantillons (matériel sec) subissent une hydrolyse acide qui détruit les structures moléculaires pour libérer les différents constituants atomiques (phosphore, calcium, magnésium, sodium, fer, zinc, manganèse…). A l’issue de cette hydrolyse, les éléments choisis sont quantifiés par spectrométrie d’émission atomique. C’est l’ensemble de ce service (hydrolyse des échantillons, choix des éléments, quantification par spectrométrie) qui est proposé par la plateforme. L’équipement est constitué d’un microonde avec 2×24 réacteurs pour l’hydrolyse et d’un spectromètre d’émission atomique à plasma microondes (MP-AES Agilent) équipé d’un passeur automatique d’échantillons.

La plate-forme SAME se situe sur le site de La Gaillarde, sur le centre INRAE, bâtiment 7, (plan d’accès). SAME est une plate‐forme de l’IPSiM, portée par l’équipe « Mobilité des métaux (Memo) ».
