Brief description :

Imaging of in vitro grown seedlings (120x120mm or 240x240mm plates).

Automatic images acquisition for root and root system architecture analysis of seedlings from various species including  (Arabidopsis thaliana, tomato, rape seeds, medicago, rice…)
