The laelapid Androlaelaps bayoumi n. sp. was found to be phoretic on honey bee workers, Apis mellifera, in the Kom - Hamada district, Behira Governorate, Egypt. Blattisocius apis n. sp. was collected from a brood of A. mellifera in Moshtohor district, Qualubia Governorate, Egypt; while B. capsicum n. sp. occurred in association with the immature stages of a psocopterous insect inhabiting the stored hot pepper, Capsicum annuum in Zagazig district, Sharkia Governorate, Egypt.
