The following new species are described and figured. Tydeidae: Tydeus munsteri, T. grabouwi, T . eriophyes, Pronematus pruni;. Labidostommidae: Labidostomma aethiopica. Keys to the known genera and species of Tydeidae and Labidostommidae associated with South African plants are given.
