Abstract

Four trombiculine chiggers are newly recorded or described from Thailand Schoutedenichia centralkwangtunga (Mo et al.) from Cannomys badius; Ascoschoengastia (Laurentella) leechi Domrow from Rattus rattus and Tupaia glis; A. (L.) kittii n. sp. from R. rattus; and Helenicula scanloni n. sp. from Menetes berdmorei, R. rattus, T. glis and miscellaneous hosts including several species of birds.
