Abstract

Five new species of Ledermuelleria, L. collegiensis, L. arctica, L. acidophila, L. gersoni and L. rotunda, are described and the existing descriptions of L. microsegnis, L. rhodomela and Villersia vietsi are expanded. A key is given to the North American species of Ledermuelleria.
