Abstract
A new genus Neodichopelmus is erected, the type species being Neodichopelmus samoanus, a leaf vagrant on Codiaeum leaves from Western Samoa. Eriophyes tjyingi is described from leaf blisters on Lycimn chinensis from Taiwan.
