Abstract

Acariens recoltes par le Dr. J. Trave aux Iles Subantarctiques. 2. Families Acaridae, Ereynetidae et Tarsonemidae (astigmates et prostigmates). - A collection of mites discovered by Dr. ]. Trave in the Subantarctic Islands (Kerguelen, Marion and Crozet) is studied. The families Hyadesidae and Saproglyphidae have been studied in a previous paper (FAIN, 1974) . The present work is devoted to four other families: Acaridae, Anoetidae, Ereynetidae and Tarsonemidae. This material contains IO species, belonging to 9 genera. Amongst these taxa, 7 species and 2 subspecies and 2 genera are new and described. The other taxa are recorded for the first time from these islands.
