Abstract

Xolalginae strictu senso and Zumptiinae, new subfamily of Xolalgidae, Dubinin 1953, are established and defined. Xolalginae include four genera: Ingrassiella, Dubinin 1949; Tucanalges, n. g.; Xolalges, Trouessart 1885 and Xolalgoides, Gaud 1979. Zumptiinae include five genera: Beaucournuella, Gaud 1973; Cryptosikya, Gaud 1961; Dogielacarus, Dubinin 1949; Parazumptia, Atyeo and Peterson 1976 and Zumptia, Gaud and Mouchet 1959. In addition, the new genus Tucanalges is established (type species: Tucanalges podagrosus, n. sp.).
