Abstract

Three parasitic species are described from Geckonidae. G. gehyrae Hirst, 1926 from Vanua Lava parasite on Gehyra oceanica; G. crassipes n. sp. on G. vorax and G. gibbonsi n. sp., first parasitic species of the genus Lepidodactylus from an endemie early discovered species living in Eua Island (Tonga). Details are given of the evolution of the structure and chetotaxie according to parasitic adaptations (parasitomorphoses) in the genus.
