Abstract

Two new species are described in the genus Microlichus Trouessart and Neumann, 1887: M. turdicola sp. n. ex Turdus merula from France and other countries and ex Ornithomyia avicularia, and Chloris ex Chloris chloris from France. Passeroptes myrmecocichlae Fain, 1965 is redescribed and figured for the first time. These 3 species belong ·to the Epidermoptidae (Acari, Astigmata).
