Abstract
A new genus, Neofloracarus and four new species: Neofloracarus guajavae infesting Psidium guajava L., Phyllocoptes lantanae infesting Lantana camara L., Aculus didymbotryae infesting Cassia didymbotrya L., and Vasates rhois infesting Rhus sp. are described from Kenya and Tanzania. Relationships of the new genus and species with the related ones and nature of damages are discussed.
