Eotetranychus deflexus (McGregor, 1950). McGregor (1950): 284. Notes: Baker and Tuttle (1994, p 158) and after them Bolland et al. (1998) confused Eotetranychus cercocarpi Tuttle & Baker, 1968 with Schizotetranychus cercocarpi McGregor, 1950. This last species was synonymised with E. deflexus by Pritchard & Baker, (1955 p. 208)..
