Abstract

The study of the type-species Hungarobelba visnyai (Balogh, 1938) and of the new species Hungarobelba pyrenaica, leads us to create a new family, Hungarobelbidae. Among the eupherederms, it belongs in the Eremuloidea and is closest to the Damaeolidae.
