Abstract

Description de Ixodes (Scaphixodes) domergui n. sp. de Madagascar (Acarina, Ixodoidea). Ixodes domergui n. sp. constitue un representant du groupe de I. frontalis a Madagascar, distinct des especes voisines du continent africain, parasite d un oiseau Passeriforme, Nelicurvius nelicourvi. Le groupe de I. frontalis, malgre sa ressemblance avec les Ixodes s. str., paraît devoir être classe dans le sous-genre Scaphixodes, dont tous les representants sont des parasites d oiseaux.
