Abstract
Lenticuli of Hydrozetes lemnae and Scutovertex sculptus, together with clear spots of Oribatella quadricornuta and Chamobates voigtsi, owing to their ultrastructural properties, represent photosensitive organs. Lenticuli clearly have a more complicated structure. Both structures proceed from secondary origin.
