Abstract

A new Glycyphagidae subspecies, Dermacarus hypudaei ssp. nivalis, infesting Microtus nivalis, is described after comparing it with other related subspecies found on Microtus spp. In addition, Radfordia (Microtimyobia) lemnina lemnina is redescribed, Tyrophagus putrescentiae and Myocoptes japonensis japonensis, found also on Microtus nivalis, are mentioned.
