The core collections of Inbred Lines have been made using a stratified strategy based on molecular markers (SSR), geographic origin and earliness of flowering (Ronfort & al, 2006). The core collections are nested from 8 to 96 accessions. From this page, you can : i) Visualize the composition of a core collection:select the number corresponding to the core size (i.e. 32 is the core collection of 32 accessions). ii) Order a core collection:select the icon ORDER HERE on the top right of the list. The international reference line Jemalong is added to every core collection ordered. iii) Print the list of a collection:select the printer icon on the top right of the list or export the list as pdf:select the pdf icon on the top right of the list. iv) have a look at a brief description and pictures of each accession by selecting on its label.
